Residenza Soliva – a farmhouse in the Engadin dating back over 100 years – is situated in an enviably beautiful location halfway between the villages of Sils-Maria and Sils-Baselgia.

You could describe it as a holiday home with a family touch: ideal for guests who like to live independently – even with a well-behaved dog – yet still want to enjoy certain amenities.

In 1999, the historic farmhouse was carefully renovated and has been continuously refurbished and maintained ever since. This has resulted in six apartments – ranging from studios to four-room flats. All are furnished with timeless furniture and are suitable for year-round living. Some feature a terrace or balcony. Each apartment also has its own underground parking space, as well as access to a ski room and the property’s garden with a barbecue area.

All apartments are equipped with a dishwasher. High chairs are available, and cots can be provided on request.

Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and table linen are included in the price. Other amenities include a premium TV with Nokia speakers for Netflix etc., a large selection of DVDs, Wi-Fi and a private letterbox. Guests also have access to PressReader, featuring international newspapers and magazines.
